I build digital systems that give businesses an unfair advantage.

I'm a freelance developer in Algeria. I build storefronts, order pipelines and internal tools so slow, manual work stops costing you orders. Fixed price, weekly demos.

Free. No pitch. Fixed price in writing.

Good businesses lose momentum in bad systems.

Most lost revenue isn't a marketing problem. It's slow storefronts, manual work and records nobody can trust.

Orders go cold before anyone calls

Cash-on-delivery customers cancel if nobody calls within minutes. Slow pages and manual queues make that call late, and paid traffic leaves before the page loads.

How I fix it

An order pipeline that pings your team's phones the moment an order lands, on a storefront that loads fast on 3G and 4G.

Your team copies data between tabs

Hours disappear into copy-paste, re-typing and checking who changed what, while the confirmation window slips away.

How I fix it

One internal tool that replaces the spreadsheets and handles confirmations through a bot.

Prices and cash change with no trail

Shared logins and editable records make fraud easy to repeat and hard to prove. Every release risks breaking something.

How I fix it

Append-only records and personal PINs, so every action has a name on it.

Three systems, three measurable results.

E-Commerce, Automation, Local

PremiumHoneyDZ

Sell premium honey in an Algerian market full of counterfeit alternatives, while completely bypassing expensive e-commerce subscriptions like Shopify.

Built a trust-first Arabic RTL storefront wired directly to a custom Telegram bot and Google Sheets CRM. Every order instantly pings the operations team's phones for zero-friction fulfillment.

AI Integration, EdTech, B2B SaaS

AdminWrite

Build the definitive platform for Algerian administrative French—before anyone else did. Hundreds of thousands of civil servants write official documents every day.

A unified dual-engine architecture: real-time AI correction meets enterprise learning. Google Gemini automatically falls back to Meta's LLaMA via Groq for 100% uptime and speed.

SaaS, Dashboard, Anti-Fraud

AxiomOS

Gym owners don't need a million bloated features; they need a tamper-proof system. I bet that prioritizing an append-only architecture and unbreakable auditability would solve the biggest silent killer in gym management: staff errors and fraud.

Engineered a system that balanced lightning-fast UX for the staff with military-grade accounting for the owner. From Postgres-level triggers to custom PIN-switch authentication, every interaction is perfectly attributed.

Four steps, each ending with something you can see.

Step 1

Diagnose

A free 20-minute call: you bring the numbers and I map what's actually costing you time and money. If it's a fit, I follow up with a locked scope and fixed price.

You get: findings, then a scope document and fixed price if we go ahead.

Step 2

Design

Every screen designed and reviewed before a line of production code is written. You see the exact interface before development starts — no surprises when the build begins.

You get: a clickable prototype.

Step 3

Build

Scope is locked. You see working builds in short cycles, not a reveal six weeks later. Every decision gets a business rationale, not just a technical one.

You get: weekly working demos.

Step 4

Ship

Live, monitored, and documented — with a stabilization window included. I benchmark performance, verify stability, and hand over a system your team can actually maintain. What happens with it after that is yours to run.

You get: the live product, documentation and a two-week support window.

Start with a free diagnose call.

Twenty minutes. You bring the numbers: orders, ad spend, hours lost. I show you where the money is leaking and whether I can fix it. If I can, you get a fixed price in writing and decide then. If not, you still leave with a clear picture.

Fixed price quoted after the call. No obligation.

What happens on the call

  1. You bring your numbers (orders, spend, hours).
  2. I show you exactly where the money is leaking.
  3. You get a fixed price in writing, then decide.

Common questions, straight answers.

It depends on scope. I quote a fixed price in writing after a short diagnose call, so you know the number before you commit to anything.

Focused builds typically take 2-4 weeks and larger systems 6-8 weeks, depending on scope. We agree a written timeline before any work begins.

If new requirements arise, we pause to assess the impact. Minor tweaks are included without friction. If it's a major feature that threatens the timeline, we scope it as a separate milestone to protect your initial launch.

I require 50% upfront to reserve your slot, and the remaining 50% upon delivery before the final handover. For longer engagements, we split the project into predefined milestone payments. I never invoice for work that hasn't been delivered.

I specialize exclusively in modern React ecosystems (Next.js, Tailwind, GSAP, Postgres). While I can adapt to specific existing codebases, new builds are restricted to this stack. This guarantees the performance, security, and delivery speed you are paying for.

Every project includes a two-week stabilisation period post-launch. During this window, I fix any bugs found in production at no extra cost. After that, we either conclude the engagement or transition into a defined retainer. You are never left mid-air.

Yes, I work with clients in Algeria and internationally. I work in English, French and Arabic across multiple time zones, handle contracts and invoicing in USD, and communicate asynchronously when real-time calls aren't practical. Location is never a bottleneck.

True advantage is built through disciplined process, not visible hype.
