Arabic RTL storefront — built from scratch, not patched.
The entire storefront is Arabic-first with proper RTL layout — not a LTR template with direction flipped at the CSS level. The order form, navigation, product gallery, and checkout summary all read correctly in Arabic. Facebook Pixel is integrated for ad conversion tracking. The site is deployed on Vercel with image optimization via Next.js for fast mobile loads on Algerian 4G connections.
Sell premium Iranian mountain honey at 6,900 DA in an Algerian market full of cheap, questionable alternatives.
The product is premium by any measure: Iranian mountain honey from certified producers, with lab reports and international quality stamps. The price reflects that. But the Algerian honey market has a trust problem — counterfeit and diluted products are common, and buyers know it.
The bet was that the right digital storefront could do what a market stall can't: show the evidence, tell the story, and eliminate the doubt before the "order now" click. A buyer who understands why the product costs 6,900 DA will convert. A buyer who doesn't understand won't — and no discount will fix that.
Generic e-commerce templates position every product the same way. Premium products can't afford that.
A standard product page — image, price, add to cart — works when the buyer already trusts the category. For a 6,900 DA jar of honey from an international origin, sold online to buyers who can't physically inspect it, trust has to be constructed before the checkout button is even visible.
The storefront also needed to work in Arabic RTL, cover nationwide Algerian delivery across all 58 wilayas, accept cash on delivery (no card infrastructure in most of the target market), and integrate Facebook Pixel for ad tracking — all on a fast, mobile-first build.

The first challenge was conversion: treating every trust signal as a first-class UI element to answer buyer objections before they ask. But conversion is only half the battle.
E-commerce doesn't always need Shopify. It needs speed.
The Algerian e-commerce market runs on Cash on Delivery (COD) and fast phone confirmations. A traditional admin panel would have slowed the team down — instead, the landing page is wired directly to a Telegram bot and a Google Sheet. When an order drops, a phone pings, and the fulfillment team can call the customer instantly — higher confirmation rates, zero SaaS overhead.

Every product page leads with geographic origin — Iranian mountain regions — and why it matters: cold-weather enzyme profiles, flora diversity, and producer certification. Provenance isn't buried in tabs; it's the primary conversion hook.

The /quality page displays international certifications and verifiable lab analysis reports from producing apiaries. In a market riddled with counterfeit syrups, showing the paperwork eliminates doubt before checkout.
Telegram & Sheets as an ultra-fast CRM.
Instead of bulky admin dashboards, incoming orders and leads instantly ping a dedicated Telegram group and sync to Google Sheets in real time. The operations team confirms delivery by phone directly from their devices.

The checkout form covers all 58 Algerian wilayas with home or agency pickup options. Cash on delivery removes the payment trust hurdle entirely for first-time buyers, completed with an animated truck confirmation interaction.

The trust architecture is working: buyers who reach the order form have already been through the provenance story, the quality certificates, and the product features. By that point, they're not asking whether the honey is real.
Social channels — WhatsApp, Instagram (@premiumhoney_dz), and Facebook (PremiumHoneyDz) — are integrated into the footer for post-purchase support and repeat ordering, keeping the relationship alive beyond the first transaction.
