Hundreds of thousands of Algerian civil servants, public sector professionals, and private enterprise employees write official documents every day in formal French. The rules governing that writing—politeness formulas, register, structure, protocol—are rarely taught clearly and never in one place. The bet was to own that category with a product that combined resilient AI correction with structured education, targeting both individual professionals (B2C) and large organizations (B2B).
A badly written official document doesn't just look unprofessional—it carries real institutional weight.
In the Algerian public and private sectors, written documents have serious consequences. A note de service with the wrong politesse formula, a rapport with informal register, or a courrier with structural errors can delay decisions, undermine credibility, and block career progression. Generic tools like Grammarly do not understand Algerian administrative norms, and standard French language apps lack the professional context. There was a genuine vacuum for a culturally and contextually aware solution.

The architectural decision was to build a multi-tenant platform that serves immediate drafting needs while building long-term competence.
I engineered a custom rich-text editor (built on Tiptap/ProseMirror) that communicates with an abstracted dual-provider AI gateway. To ensure 100% uptime and speed, the primary engine (Google Gemini) automatically falls back to Meta's LLaMA via Groq's high-speed inference LPU if rate limits are hit. All of this is wrapped in a highly polished Next.js 16 App Router architecture, featuring automated PDF certificate generation, role-based access control (Learner, Admin, Supervisor, Owner), and localized payment gateways.
